If you are a salaried employee you have more job security and a steady pay check. However, if you’re part-time or contract you can sometimes make your own hours and have greater flexibility.
Many customer service jobs are online due to the pandemic. And depending on where your interests lie, you can choose from a number of different fields like healthcare, education, insurance, and retail / sales to name just a few.
